AXA Climate mission is to help both private and public players adapt to climate and environmental challenges. This is achieved through insurance, training, consulting and software solutions.

Theophile leads Altitude, the fourth pilar in AXA climate, building innovative SaaS products. The Altitude platform has been used by global investors for the last three years, with more than 1000 bn AUM covered on the platform. Prior to Altitude, Théophile has led the consulting practice dedicated to Financial Services sector after launching AXA Climate consulting offer in 2020. Among all the services offered by AXA Climate, he holds specific expertise on infrastructures, climate adaptation, as well as nature-related risks and biodiversity footprints.

He started his career at ZnR Batteries, a spin-off company from EDF, before founding Storm Energy a start-up providing storage as a service. He also worked as a consultant for Polyconseil prior to joining AXA. Theophile is a graduate from École Polytechnique Paris and DTU in Copenhagen in energy engineering.
