Nora Schulte is Chief Impact & Client Relations Officer at GENUI, a German mid- market private equity firm based in Hamburg focusing on buyout impact investments.

In her dual role as Head of Client Relations, she is responsible for Investor Relations and Capital Formation and, as Head of Impact, for the sustainability strategy and corresponding implementation of impact and ESG initiatives at GENUI. Nora is also a member of the Invest Europe Working Groups for ESG, Climate Action and Impact Investing.

Before taking over this role, Nora was GENUI’s Chief Financial Officer since inception of the firm and responsible for the funds’ administration and reporting, treasury, and compliance.

Prior to joining GENUI in 2015, she spent several years in investment banking and valuation & transaction services in Frankfurt and London.

She holds a degree in business administration from the University of Tübingen.
